Melinda Goodman, CEO

Our vision and mission comes from Melinda Goodman, CEO of Main Street Moxie.  Melinda comes from a small town in North Dakota.  Growing up on a large farm that had both crops and livestock showed her the value of hard work, resilience, tenacity and fierce independence.  “Going into town” wasn’t something you normally did on a regular basis so you had to be self sufficient. Neighbors had to depend on each other for help.  Heck, the main mode of transportation for most days was either an ATV or a snowmobile.  After college, Melinda went into the produce marketing industry and has spent over 20 years specializing in helping farmers tell the story of their crops.

Her career has taken her all over the United States.   She has visited hundreds of farms and heard each farmer’s story.  Visiting town after town after town has shown her one glaringly obvious problem – SMALL TOWN AMERICA IS DYING. They can’t keep up with the daily changes to technology – they don’t know where to start in order to compete, so they don’t start.  They not only need the help of an expert in marketing and community planning but someone that knows what they’re going through.

Melinda is the CEO of Full Tilt Marketing, a boutique marketing agency specializing in building strategy, telling stories, engaging audiences and driving results to promote brands.
